Dick Gallagher, Founder and Chairman
Dick has over thirty-five years in the contract cleaning business, as well as a strong engineering background. In his former roles as owner of a contract janitorial firm in suburban Philadelphia, general manager of Macke Building Maintenance and branch manager of ISS, he provided contract janitorial services to a wide range of clients. His contracts included schools, government buildings, retail stores, manufacturing facilities, and commercial office buildings. He founded Service Group Incorporated in 1989 in order to provide quality janitorial services to clients in the tri state area. In 1998 the company entered the outdoor clean and safe improvement district business. Budgeting, planning, contract control and training are some of the valued assets Dick has to offer.

Joseph Waninger, Board Member
Joe joined SGI in the capacity of partner and Chief Operating Officer. His career has included ownership of a full service janitorial company and served as Vice President of American Building Maintenance as well as Division President of ISS (now known as One Source) where he gained the experience of operating Improvement District accounts such as Center City District of Philadelphia, University City District of Philadelphia and Atlantic City Special Improvement District.

Shane Hillard, Director of Corporate Support Services
Shane has over twenty-two years experience working in the service industry in various disciplines and capacities. During his employment in the service industry, he has experience with program design, implementation and management. Most recently, Shane was employed in the improvement district since 2001 and held various positions, to include Account Manager, Training Manager and Implementation Specialist. Shane has implemented over fourteen clean and safe programs across the United States. In his position with SGI, Shane is responsible for overseeing implementation and transition services, working closely with the support staff at the corporate office.

Al Mazzei, Director of Quality Assurance
Al has been one of the key members in the recruitment and training of Service Group managers and employees. A professional teacher for over twenty-five years prior to joining SGI, Al gives SGI the credentials to provide the detailed training necessary for success, including CPR, First Aid and hospitality training. In addition to Al's training and development duties, Al will be conducting unannounced visits to all SGI accounts to ensure compliance to SGI Corporate Programs and Contracts.

Nick Bendistis, Director of Community Relations
Mr. Bendistis brings to SGI over thirty years of customer service experience, customer retention and follow up. With years of experience with Delta Airlines, Mr. Bendistis brings added focus to customer relations and customer service. In his role with SGI, Mr. Bendistis will focus on business development, marketing, and external communications using various tools to distribute the SGI brand. Additionally, Mr. Bendistis will work closely with operations to enhance the skill set of our local account managers by delivering programs focusing on customer service.
