Two years ago, the Town Green District was faced with a difficult decision of retaining the existing outside contractor for maintenance services or go through the difficult process of changing contractors. After a thorough analysis, it was determined we needed a new direction and a new contractor in order to provide the services and quality our stakeholders expect.
